Dear Marius

  1. Stop the MVO service

  2. Please extract these files, the password is 'datatex':
    MitelMVOBarring-libfiles.rar

  3. Replace the files in the folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\TNGCallBarring\MitelMVO400

  4. Start the MVO service

To test, do a RESET or BLOCK in the TNGCallbarring web interface and check the if the log files still gives the same events:
Failed to connect: SSL/TLS support is not compiled! (10091)

Marius advised that

he used the actual IP of the PC the software is installed on
for the TNG Barring in stead of local IP of 127.0.0.1

Please note that if the actual IP is used, it must be a static IP.

As discussed, the 06X numbers are not costing.
These are new prefixes that was added.

To add prefixes to the rates table, please use the custom rate feature,
for example see forum post: custom rates at different branches using 'All Custom Simple'

NOTE: Default ratebook is configured as Telkom, only prefixes not costed by Telkom is added in the ini.
