0 striped from incoming transferred number

Morning I had an issue with a internal sip trunk where country and area code was in front of ext we added a rule and it seems to work for the extensions but now there is no 0 in front of a number when it is transferred to the call centre from the reception can you please help.

You will note that some numbers does not have a leading zero, for example: 745818534
