TNG Call barring not working

Hi Bellinda

Kindly assist with the problem that I am experiencing. I have noticed that the TNG barring system is no longer barring the users that have reached their limit. kindly note that I recently upgraded the Mitel 3300 controller from MiVB rel 8 to MiVB rel 9.1. To troubleshoot the problem I have stopped and started the TNG CallBarring services and the TNG Mitel Barring Services, I have checked that all ports are connected, I have pinged the PBX from the TNG computer and I could ping it without any delays. My problem still persists. I have attached the latest log file with error, kindly look into that and advise .

Mitel was upgraded from Version 8 to Version 9 by Senzo.

The TNG Barring service that is running is the old version that doesn’t support MiTAI 6,
for example: dtxMitel_MiTai.log:
2020-09-21 00:03:48 [1.0.5.4] Error connecting to 172.16.108.2
2020-09-21 00:04:48 [1.0.5.4] Error in MiTAIController.Open: SXOpenPBX 172.16.108.2: SXERR_CANNOT_CONNECT_SERVICE

2020-10-13: Leon supplied the TNGCallBarring update to Senzo after phone conversation.
