Posted: Wed Jan 23, 2013 11:48 amIf your ONYX triggers to record without being on the phone, etc. and continuous to record you need to re-teach the VAD(Voice Activation Detection).
First use the TEACH function, make sure you follow the correct steps, else it cannot calculate the correct trigger values: How do I teach USBClient 1.6 / ONYX2?
If the TEACH function does not pick up the value to start/stop triggering correct, you will need to do a manual TEACH - refer to forum post: How do I manually set the TEACH value?
