International dialing code starts with '00'. The number was registered as '06' and therefore seen as local.

Find the call in your rawdata (C:\Program Files\datatex\pabx3\rawdata). Note if the telephone number is displayed as per TOPAZ report.

  • If so, you need to check with the PABX vendor why the '0' was dropped.
  • If the rawdata has the telephone number correct, you might have a plugin rule configured that causes the zero to be dropped: PABX3 -> OPTIONS -> PLUGIN RULES

If so, do not change the rule - as it was implemented for a reason. Please check if any configuration on the PABX side changed. Once this information is available a suggestion can be made.

Please note: Were do I find TOPAZ rates updates after 2009?
