tarrif table incorrect

attched is a printout of a call made to New Zealand,which is being costed as a local call,is there an adjustment to be made or an updated tarrif table.

International dialing code starts with '00'. The number was registered as '06' and therefore seen as local.
Find the call in your rawdata (C:\Program Files\datatex\pabx3\rawdata). Note if the telephone number is displayed as per TOPAZ report.
- If so, you need to check with the PABX vendor why the '0' was dropped.
- If the rawdata has the telephone number correct, you might have a plugin rule configured that causes the zero to be dropped: PABX3 -> OPTIONS -> PLUGIN RULES
If so, do not change the rule - as it was implemented for a reason. Please check if any configuration on the PABX side changed. Once this information is available a suggestion can be made.
