I checked in previous FAQ and found similar topice - our TOPAZ is not updating after we had a power failure. I downloaded the steps explained but it is still not updating! It was a post dated Feb 2012 12: 01pm from Belinda Frick. I followed all the processes given - all okay unitl second stage " how do i do a DBRepaire" followed all the steps but last action to select " I accept" when selected and going back to TOPAZ still not updating... please can you assist.
