The screenshot shows that number of entries in Database is zero.

This can either mean it does not find the database or that the database is empty:

  • ONYXPlus expects the database in the location: 'C:\Program Files\Datatex\Onyx\' and the database name is 'ONYX.FDB'.

    Please check that this file is present. If not, this is the problem.

  • If it is present, then we need to look at configuration. The ONYXPlus sweeper will have the location configured under 'DATABASE'.
