Which PBXs does Emerald work with?

Emerald is known to work on:
Panasonic KX-TD816 (version G and higher are TAPI-enabled)
Panasonic KX-TD1232 (version G and higher are TAPI-enabled)
Panasonic KX-TD500 (version 2.3 and higher are TAPI-enabled)
(use the SMDR-port [not the programming port] and it must be enabled)
Panasonic KX-TDA100 (all versions, blind transfer is not supported)
Avaya IP Switch (DND, forwarding and pickup call do not work)
Mitel 3300 ICP (Not fully functional - pickup call has not been implemented)
Siemens Hipath 3550 (pickup call and conference have not been tested)
Ericsson MD110

Datatex has developed TAPI applications on the following PBXs and Emerald should
work on these, but it has not been tested.
Ericsson BP250


Most TAPI-enabled PBXs will work and Emerald may require minor changes for
full functionality.
