Installing the Emerald TSP

Run Emerald.TSP.Install-xxx or Emerald.TSP.Update-xxx
(where xxx is the version number).

This will copy the TSP files onto the system.

Restart your computer.

If you're running Windows 95/98/ME/NT

Click on Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
Double-click on Telephony
Select the Telephony Drivers tab


If you're running Windows 2000/XP

Click on Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
Double-click on Phone and Modem Options
Select the Advanced tab


Click on the Add button. Select Emerald TAPI Service Provider
and click on the Add button.

Select Emerald TAPI Service Provider and click on the Configure
button.

Enter the IP address or host name of the Emerald server, and your extension.
The port should be 28000, which is Emerald's default port.

Click on the Save button, and then on the Close button.

The TSP is now successfully installed.
