Emerald Outlook pop-up errors

EMERALD TAPI device not found
This error will be returned by the Emerald Outlook pop-up when the Emerald TSP
has not been installed.

Install the Emerald TSP to fix it.


Could not find dtxOutlook.dll
The Emerald Outlook pop-up uses this file to communicate with Outlook.
Re-install the Emerald Outlook pop-up.



Error opening Outlook connection
The Outlook pop-up could not connect to Outlook. Outlook might not be
installed, or it may be a version of Outlook which is not compatible. If
Outlook is installed, and you still have problems, contact Datatex.


Error opening Emerald connection
Error opening TAPI connection
You should only get this if you have a problem with TAPI. Restart the PC.
If the problem still occurs, contact Datatex.
