"Invalid registration" or "License not valid"

The form you printed and faxed to Datatex for the activation key
must be created (printed) from the PC where you enter the activation number.
Remember to enter number of seats correctly before printing the form.

Ensure that you enter the code exactly as it appears on the license form.
The code is case sensitive.
Also sometimes the uppercase 'i' looks like a 'L' , 'l' or '1'.
Only '0' (zero) can be entered, you will never find a 'O' (capital o).

The 'Installation Key' on your screen in the 'License Manager'
must match that of the one on the registration form, else you have to re-print it.

You need to enter the following:
'Seats'
'Supervisor'


Fax the form to Datatex for registration.

Datatex will fax you the license. You need to enter the following
'License Number'
You need to include the dash, '-'.
'Activation Key'

Note:

Check that the 'Application' description on the license form
matches what is on your 'License Manager'screen and license form.
The register EMERALD:
You need access to the EMERALD folder.
Right to the registry.
