under 'Configure User' it does not display the user or allow you
to add any. When pulling reports it give an internal server error.
This could be a brower/firewall/proxy issue.
- Clear the cookies and history in your browser. Close the browser session and start a new one.
To clear previous information:
Click 'Tools' and then select 'Internet Options'.
click on the 'General' tab .
Under the 'Tempory Internet Files' section:
Click on 'Delete Cookies..'.
Under the 'History' section:
Click on 'Clear History'. - Your browser has proxy settings.
- Please check that TNG is allowed on your PC's settings. If the webpages do not load properly and you are using a proxy server, try to bypass the proxy server when accessing the TNG server.
When using Internet Explorer(IE):- XP:
Select 'Tools', then 'Internet Options',
click on the 'Connections' tab.
Under the 'Local Area Network (LAN settings)' section,
click 'LAN Settings...' button.
Untick 'Automatically detect settings'.
When using a proxy server
Tick 'Use Proxy Server for your LAN...'
Select 'Advanced'.
Under 'Exceptions' section:
Add TNG to the list of exceptions
at the bottom of the screen.- Go to Tools -> Options -> General -> Connection Settings
and add the TNG server to the 'No Proxy' list. - The server TNG is installed on can also have proxy settings(for example ISA).

START -> CONTROL PANEL -> WINDOWS Firewall, Exceptions tab.
Select from the listing, if not available click on the ADD PROGRAM button and add it.
Click on APPLY and OK to save this setting.
Note: If you do not have access to view and change this setting, contact your IT department. - It could also be anti-virus software scans that interferes with the display. These settings will vary depending on the anti-virus software you are using. Set it to run in the back-round and do a full scan outside office hours.

Please check for errors on the display page - IE left hand bottom of screen.
