My TNG is updating the correct user under the Call List Page, but
under 'Configure User' it does not display the user or allow you
to add any. When pulling reports it give an internal server error.
This could be a brower/firewall/proxy issue.
Clear the cookies and history. Close the browser session and
start a new one.
Your browser has proxy settings. Please check that TNG is allowed.
The server TNG is installed on can also have proxy settings(for
example ISA).
Also check the internal firewall configuration.
It could also be anti-virus software scans that interferes with
the display.
We use some java scripting. Please check for errors on the display
page.
