- use the 'PPanasonicTES824.dll' and NOTE 'PanasonicTES824.dll'.
- Do NOT tick 'swop pin and account codes'.
Pin Codes is listed in the 'Code' column in the rawdata. They must be configured in TNG Webadmin with the user name for that entry under 'User Configuration'. Use the User reports to access these calls.
The 'swop' option will place the pin code in the account field. You then need to configure the user under 'Account Billing' and access these calls using the 'Account' reports - they will not be accessible via the User reports.
