TES: How to delete unidentified numbers older than 3 days

Required:

• Version of TES Required: 1.0.0.34 and up
• User Level Required: 8

TNG Enterprise Server (TES) has a facility to remove numbers that users has not identified in the last 3 days. This will only remove the number from the number identification list and the calls made to or from that number is still in the database.
The next time someone phones the number or receives a call from the number, it will be inserted back into the list for that person to identify the number.

This facility is on the phone book screen.

You have to do a search for anything on this screen (that will produce the least amount of records e.g. Datatex Support) and then the link will appear at the bottom of the page.
Please Note: When doing the search try using unique information, because TES will search the entire database for the search criteria. Please refrain from using single characters.

Below the "APPLY" button there will be a link that states "Delete numbers not Verified and older than 3 days"

If you click this link, the numbers will immediately be deleted, it will not ask for confirmation.

User Access Required: Level 8

Click on 'Phonebook' and search for any number
Once phonebook details appear, Click on "Delete Numbers not Verified and older than 3 days"
