I changed my PABX system and want to select a different plugin. How do I change the plugin?
Log into TNG Webadmin as 'admin'.
Go to the 'General Settings' page.
Log in with the technical password.
Under 'Communication Configuration' next to plugin, click on the drop-down and select the required plugin.
Click on APPLY to save.
If the update was successful the message will be displayed top left hand side.
To see if this is the correct plugin, go to the Call List page, make a test call and see if it displays.
NOTE: The PABX you changed to might have a different connection method to the PABX than the previous.
