I uninstalled TNG, but the TNG service is still running

I uninstalled TNG to install TNGLive or to re-install TNG, but now I get an error message that TNG is already installed. I used the Windows add/remove programs in XP. The TNG service is still running in 'Services' under 'Administrative tools'.

How do I uninstall TNG?

The uninstall was unsuccessfull and therefore the TNG service is still installed. You need to uninstall the TNG service and then remove the TNG folder, before you can re-install TNG or install TNGLive. Please see forum post: The TNG service was not uninstalled, service files removed
