Number Identification e-mail link does not open in TES

When I click on the link (in blue) in my Number Identification e-mail, it does not open in TES.

NOTE: Depending on your mail program, see if it is not block. In Outlook click on the pink line to enable.

Here is an example of what the link could look like:

If you still cannot click on the link to log into TES, try the following:

In Outlook, please right click on the link and select to see your TES address. To open this link you also need to have access to the TES login page, in this case 'http://192.168.15.57:9080'. If you cannot open the login page using in this example 'http://192.168.15.57:9080', please check your policies - firewall, proxy, etc.
