TES:Adding emails addresses and access levels

• Adding emails addresses and access levels to users populated in TES by TNG.
  Log into the TES webpage e.g.http://192.168.15.57:9080 or just using the IP address depending if a specified port was set up on the TES web browser.
  
  
• The login will have to be the admin or authorised levels 4,6,8.

• Once logged in navigate to the users icon which is the third icon from the left.

• Select the user desired and set up their email address where number identification will be sent too.
