Duplicate calls in TNG

The call details in TNG is received from the PABX. For each call terminated, it should send a call record. You can set raw data to log permanently - refer to topic: How do I enable logging of rawdata?. This can then be confirmed in the raw data as per PABX.

Please note that to be a duplicate the following fields must have the same values:
DATE-TIME
EXT
NUMBER
LINE
DURATION
