I need to import the historic data.
OVERVIEW:
The data imported into TNG is incorrect format. The only option is to do a SQL to get the data.
The only option is to first make sure the Asterisk out put is configured as per post:
TNG and Asterisk: Suggested setup
NOTE: If you need pin codes, you must see configuration:
TNG 4*: no result for user reports
You need to dump the historic data, refer to forum post provided by Mitel Dealer:
How to import Asterisk DB data to TNG4*.
NOTE: Don't replace the live master.csv file. By default Master.csv is written to :
- Code: Select all
/var/log/asterisk/cdr-custom/Master.csv
To import the file you dumped using SQL:
- First blank the database - refer to forum:
How do I blank the TNG call details? - Log into TNG, General Settings and make a note of the file path.
- Now point the FILE READER to the path you dumped the SQL export file to.
- Click APPLY to save.
- Check on the CALL LIST page if import completed (you can check the record count).
NOTE: Don't interrupt the import, let it complete. You can check the TNG.log file
