TES: Flag number as business or private

You have 3 options:

  1. Number Identification:

    Each user will mark their own calls as either business or private.
    They can do it with the e-mail link or via the menu option (if they have the correct access level).

    Only user with access to Number Identification has the menu option to identify their own numbers.

  2. PRIVATE NUMBERS:

    The user can add numbers to his private number list,
    if they have the correct access level.

  3. Phone book:

    The user can either edit the existing list or import additional numbers to the list provide they have the required access level.

    NOTE: Import of numbers is Global.

When calls are loaded into TES it will be flag PRIVATE or BUSSINESS as per the default setting for all numbers - for more details see forum post: Re: TES: Number identification information

Then it checks if this number is marked business or private on the Phonebook and replace it.

Then it will check Private Numbers for that user and replace it with what the private number is marked as(of on the agents private number list). All calls for this user for that number will be flagged BUSSINESS or PRIVATE as per the PRIVATE NUMBERS setting.

The user can change it again if need be under PRIVATE NUMBERS.

How do I go about changing a number from private to business?
