TNG: not all my phone numbers has a cost

QUERY: Some of my outoging calls has not cost.

From time to time new telephone number prefixes are added by for example cellular providers.
This could not be included in the install.

For an example of how to setup the new cellular prefixes,
please refer to forum Custom rates costing incorrectly


NOTE: Please upgraded to TNG 1.7.1.12 to include latest updates to handle all know issues.
