Windows 10: This app can't run on your PC

Windows 10 does not allow the TNG install file to be run on some Windows 10 PC.

This could be access or compatibility.

If your firewall and anti-virus software does not block the install and you still get this event,
please search the internet for this Windows event and advise IT to assist.
