TNG Call Barring shows the same user name twice on the budget list

Under investigation !!

The information displayed on the budget list is received from:

C:\Program Files\Datatex\TNGCallBarring\State

  1. To clear this information and build the list from scratch:
  2. Stop the TNGCallBarring Service.
  3. Rename the state folder
  4. Start the TNGCallBarring Service.
  5. The list will be re-populated with global budget amount.
  6. The budget will be the full global amount and only calls
    since after the 'restart' will be subtracted
