TNG & Epygi: CSV file format

Postby Belinda Frick » Tue Jul 19, 2011 6:35 pm

NOTE: This plugin will only work for the EPYGI format listed below. EPYGI changes their format between software version. We suggest using the EPYGI Radius service as it is not dependant on this format.

TNG now also has the option to use the Epygi CSV file as input for call details.

Requirements:

1.) The Epygi CSV must be in the following format:

Code: Select all
Call Type,Call Start Time,Call Duration (sec.),Calling Phone,Called Phone,Calling GUID,Other Call Details,Network Details,Local - Remote,Quality,RX Codec,TX Codec,Received Packets,Transmitted Packets,Received Packet Size,Transmitted Packet Size,RX Lost Packets,RX Jitter,RX Maximum Delay (ms.),RX Delay Increase Count,RX Delay Decrease Count,II Local - Remote,II Quality,II RX Codec,II TX Codec,II Received Packets,II Transmitted Packets,II Received Packet Size,II Transmitted Packet Size,II RX Lost Packets,II RX Jitter,II RX Maximum Delay (ms.),II RX Delay Increase Count,II RX Delay Decrease Count,FAX Received Packets,FAX Transmitted Packets,FAX RX Lost Packets,FAX RX Bad Packets,FAX RX Duplicate Packets,FAX TX Duplicate Packets,FAX Report

Please configure Epygi to write out this file format to a location that TNG can access.

2.) Use the plugin 'PEpygiCSV.dll' version 2011.2.11

3.) Use the File Reader as Communication Mode.

TNG Home page, click on the 'Settings' icon and login in.
Under 'Communication Configuration' select 'File Reader' and the Epygi CSV plugin.
Click on APPLY to save changes.

Note: You do not need to run the EpygiRadius server service when using the CSV input file, the PABX must just be configured to write out the call details in the above format.
