I pulled a report a couple of months ago and had call details, but when I pull the same report today I get no data on the report.

TNG has a auto purge feature. TNG's call capacity is memory based. If 99% is reached it will auto purge down to 80%. See forum link:

TNG also has a feature where you can setup a schedule and archive reports you use on a regular basis. This way you have access to the scheduled reports after the call details was auto purged. See forum link:

If you had log rawdata set to permanent, you can re-import the rawdata files for the period you need reporting. See forum link:
