- Open the TES login page. You have the following options:
- Version 1.0.0.32 or higher:
- Login with an admin user with Level 8 or higher and go to the users page.
- Then tick the "Reset Password" tick box all the way to the right of the screen next to the user for whom you want to reset the password.
- Then click "Apply". The password is then reset to the USER ID value.
- The user can log in using one of these options:
- Open your browser and use URL
http://[TES server IP]:9080
Replace ' [TES server IP]' with the IP of your TES server.
NOTE: Port 9080 is the default TES port, but any port number can be configured for TES.
- Log in as 'tesadmin@........'
- Use the link in one of your Number Identification e-mails from TES.
The wording of the link is "Your TES Web Server Numbers Identification Page...".
Once logged in, follow these steps:
- Click on the 'User Setttings' icon:

Click on 'Change User Settings'.
- The 'Change User Settings' page looks as follows:

You will need your old password.
Enter the new password and confirm it.
Click on APPLY to save.
NOTE: TES does not have a facility to reset a password prior to TES Version 1.0.0.32.
