- First you need TNG to be installed and receiving call details. You can configure your extensions/users in TNG - depending on barring solution that you will use. They will be updated to TNGCallbarring where you only need to configure the budget amounts.
- We require Panasonic TAPI to be installed and receiving details from the PABX before you continue with the TNG Callbarring installation.
To see if Panasonic TAPI is working, see forum post:
Is the PC is receiving TAPI info from the Panasonic TDA
NOTE: You must have a CTI Link Card, you can only do time barring with a USB TAPI connection as it does bar on time and TNG does not support this. CTI Link is set to bar on Rand.
CTI Link Card configuration settings:
enable group per system and call forward per trunk / also know as Callforward to Central Office (CO).
You can download the Panasonic TAPI install file from Panasonic's support page. For support on Panasonic TAPI install use the normal Panasonic support channels.

We have successfully integrated the KX-TDA100D, KX-TDE and KX-NCP series with the TNG to deliver a “Call barring application”, whereby either the “extension” or the “pin codes” can be set a budget, and will automatically be locked should this predetermined amount be exceeded.
The KX-TDA30, 100, 200 and 600 do not support budgeting on verified codes - please use TDA100D, TDE or NCP
If you use pin code barring (verified codes) please take note of the security digit configuration and usage when dialing out - refer to install document(attached Panasonic TDA Installation Manual) and your Panasonic Technical website or Panasonic Support channels.
