It starts to work again if I do the following:
- TNG -> General Setting, under the 'Communication Configuration' section,
change the PABX port number and apply, then I change it back again, it then receives call details. - If the above did not work, I stopped and started the Lync service.
Suggestion:
- Please upgrade to TNGLive to version 1.1.1.8 or newer.
