TES: Detail report by user - select all users?

I am running TES 1.0.0.38 with access level 8 and want to view the Detailed Report by User for all users. Is there an option to select all user without having to tick each user name individually?

In TES version 1.0.0.38 you can:

• either not tick 'User Name' - it will then default to only select your user name:
  
  tng-detail report by user name.jpg
  NOTE: circled in red: "If no selection was made it will default to your User Name"
  
  
• or you can tick 'User Name' and then individually select the user names you require.

NOTE:
in TES version 1.0.0.38 there are no option to select all user names, you must tick them individually.

In TES version 1.0.0.45 or newer you will have the option to:

• tick the 'User Name' option and then select all the user names you require or
• leave 'User Name' unticked and by default it will select all the user names you have access to.

NOTE: TES version 1.0.0.45 has not been released yet (as of 20120904).
