Can I upgrade my Windows XP from SP2 to SP3?

I want to do backups of my ONYXPlus server. Can I upgrade my Windows XP from Service Pack(SP) 2 to SP 3?

Yes, you can. We have not had any issues reported when upgrading between the two SP versions.

We would suggest to make a backup of the ini files. Before you make the backup, close the ONYXPlus Config interface and then also stop the ONYX lines and sweeper services to ensure nothing is accessing the files while you are copying them.

If the ONYXPlus gives any errors on startup after the upgrade of Windows, it will be specific to your server and setup, please report the errors to us and we can assist. Do not uninstall and re-install, etc. You can post the errors and we will respond.
