- Telephone Management System(TMS) records are collected in a file and periodically sent to the TMS. Periods are adjustable. There's unfortunately no mechanism to get the TMS records in real time. The system certainly have no serial output for TMS.
Follow these steps:
- You need to configure the PABX to write out the call details to a location:
- Install an FTP server on the same PC as TNG.
- Setup the PBX to FTP the data to the TNG PC.
- Make sure of the location of the file being send via ftp. You will need this for the input file configuration in TNG.
- Make sure the call details (CRD output data, not real-time) is in the required format - see forum post: PABX3 Plugin: Meridian BCM version 3.7 release2.4f
NOTE: To assist you with writing out the call details from the PABX to file and to have the output in the required format you will need to contact your PABX support. - Once you have the rawdata file in the required format, you need to configure TNG to read in the file - see forum post: How do I configure TNG to load data from a file location?
- Download the plugin from the post: PABX3 Plugin: Meridian BCM version 3.7 release2.4f.
