If I stop my TNG service and connect with Putty to my network PABX, I get call details.
When I stop Putty and start the TNG service, no calls display on the Call List page. Write rawdata is set to permanent, but no calls are logged to the 'raw.txt'.
I moved my TNG from a 32-bit XP machine to a 64-bit Windows Server. I copied the tng folder accross. This included the tng.ini with the file path for the plugin. This is in 32-bit format and should be in 64-bit format. Because of this TNG did not have the plugin to translate the data with. This also caused the error that it could not write out the raw.txt file.
