Login in to TNG with the ADMIN login and password.
Click on the 'General Settings' page.
Login with the technical password.
Scroll down to the COMMUNICATION CONFIGURATION section.
Enable the option to 'Swop account code and pin code fields' by clicking in the tick box.
Click on 'Apply changes' before exiting the page.
The Pin Code is associated with a User Name.
The Account Code is associated with a Description.
If you swop the Pin and Account Code the two field values is swopped.
Add the Pin Code under Account Codes and link it to a Description,
you then pull the report "Account Code Detail" to view the calls for
that Pin Code. You can also click on the account code on the "Call List"
screen to see the calls for today made by that pin code.
Add the Account Code under Pin Codes and link it to a User, you then
pull the report "User Detail" to view the calls for that Account Code.
