TNG4*: I can't see my outgoing calls on the call list page

It has been noted that when using pincodes for outgoing calls we expect
the CDR event in order to see the actual pin code in TNG. If macros are
used, these can block those CDR events from coming through. This will
need to be sorted out.

Macros that can influence the CDR events are ResetCDR and NoCDR.

Try the following.

You can try setting up one extension without associating a pincode to it. If you make a test call
from that extension and you can see it in TNG, then it's definitely the CDR event that is not coming
through because of the macros which is why you can only see incoming calls because incoming calls dont
use pincodes.
