We have identified problems with the plugin translation of the pin codes for earlier versions of the following plugins:
- PNEC_IPC100_S70H_R501.dll:
With the plugin version 2009.01.23.1, it has been noted that no pin
code was used, a zero was present in the rawdata under the account
code column. This caused problems in TNG as it displayed 'Please
add user' because no user was allocated to pin '0'.- Code: Select all

In the export folder the string will show 'Please add user', because
of the '0' under the ACCOUNT column in the rawdata and no user
configured in TNG under USERS.
This has been fixed in the plugin version 2009.03.16.1 of Plugin:
'PNEC_IPC100_S70H_R501.dll'. If the ACCOUNT entry in the
rawdata is '0' then a blank value will be in the pin code field.

With the plugin version 2007.02.15.1 the pin codes had trailing spaces. It also created pin code fields which were blanked. This will cause TNG to not link the pin code from the rawdata to be linked to the pin code under 'Configure Users' as the one has space and the other not.

General:
Ensure that your PABX does not give off a value in the pin code field in the rawdata. If TNG detects a value in the pin code field it will expect a user to be associated to it. Note that TNG does not display the pin code field (except for where you configure user names). You will have to set 'Log rawdata for the next hour' to check the rawdata for a 'pin' value.
If the problem was an older version of the plugin and you have rawdata you can re-import it to fix the historic data. See steps in forum post How do I blank the TNG call details?
