Billing and account settings Page

All the telephone calls made on behalf of a client can be identified by entering a unique
account code associated to the specific client. In other words if you have a practice whereby
you bill your clients for outgoing calls you may associate a unique code to there telephone
calls enabling you to print a report on all the phone calls made to the client and bill them
accordingly. Keep in mind that this feature is PABX dependant. You will associate the name
of the client to a unique code, this code will be entered before or after dialling the
telephone number of the client when initiating a call.

1. Setting up your account codes.

Click inside the edit box below the 'account number' column
Enter the unique code that you will use to associate with the client (First configured on the PABX).
Move your cursor over to the edit box below the 'account name' column and enter the name you
would like use for the account.
If your company bills clients for outgoing calls, you would enter the name of the client in the
'account name' column.
Once you have entered the desired information, click on the 'add' button.
When all account numbers have been added click on the 'apply changes' button to save the changes
before exiting the page.

2. Modifying account codes.

Making changes to existing account settings can be done by simply clicking on the account and
replacing the existing information. Remember that after any changes have been made you must click
on the 'tick' icon and then the 'apply changes' button before exiting TNG or clicking on
another link.

All calls imported into TNG after the changes was made will have the new description.

3. Deleting account codes from TNG.

If you wish to remove an account from the database, simply click on the trash can icon next to the relevant
account to delete it. The trash can icon is situated below the 'add button' next to each account
created.

Please find a detailed TNG installation and user’s guide in the help folder on your TNG CD.
