I get no call data in TNG or log entry "ParsePlugin...not a

Cause of error: The wrong plugin is being used.

You can use PABX3 to receive rawdata and check which plugin to use. Once you are receiving
call data in PABX3 you can configure TNG to use the plugin and settings of PABX3.

You need to be logged in with the technical login and password, else the communication
configuration under general settings will be greyed out. Click on the "Home" icon, then
"General Settings" and do the technical login.
You can copy the dll file to "C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\plugins" (if it is
not in the plugins folder) and
select the "Plugin" under "PABX Interface" via "General Settings" under
the "Communication Configuration" section.
Click on "Apply Changes".

Please note: There is no need to stop and start the service.
