What is the requirements to setup TNG rates for my country?

To setup rates for your country we require information regarding the following:

• local and national rates
• international rates

Local and national rates:

• The different zones the country uses, example Western Cape (021).
  
• The different areas with-in the zones, example Erika with the dial-codes in that area.
  
• How the different rates are charged, for example:
  
  • national (Telkom C - over 100 km)
  • between zones (Telkom B - over 50 km)
  • with-in zones (Telkom A - local)
  • international
• Rates (per units or per second) and time table for peak time and off-peak times.
  Example:
  peak time : Monday to Friday 07h00 until 20h00
  off-peak time: Monday to Friday 20h00 until 07h00
  : Friday 20h00 until Monday 07h00
  Billing R1.00 per unit
  first unit 60 seconds @ R 1.00
  second unit 30 seconds @ R 0.50
  
• The VAT factor for that country, example South-Africa 14%, Botswana 11%.
  
• Minimum rate, example Telkom R 0.43 (excluding VAT).
  
• Telephone number system, example 0215924033. In South-Africa we use 10-digit dialing.

• Do they use the local area prefix with the local number?
