TNG Report page: when selecting a detail report it list blank after the first few selection options:

This indicate data corruption.

The data files is in the folder:
C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\data

To see which file it is, you can
stop the TNG service
Create a folder, for example temp.
Move one of the data files there
(tngext.dat/tngusers.dat/tngacc.dat/tngdept.dat - not *data*.dat).
Start the TNG service.
Check the Report page again.
If no change:
Stop the TNG service.
Move the file out of the 'temp' folder back in the 'data' folder.
Move the next file from the 'data' folder to the 'temp' folder.
Start the TNG service.
Repeat the process for all data files.

If no change,
Stop the TNG service again.
then move all the *data*.dat files to the temp folder.
Start the TNG service.
Check the report again.

If the report page is correct after 'blanking' the file
by renaming it, you will have to re-create the information
in the damaged file. For the tng*.dat files you have to enter/import
the details again.

For the *data*.dat file you need to re-import all
the call details, there are 2 options:
