How to setup TNG to connect via network/tcp to a Mitel Pabx?

Open the TNG web page
  • Enter the General settings icon

  • Enter the technical password required

  • Once logged in, scroll down to the communication mode screen

  1. 'NETWORK' is selected the following will be displayed:
  2. Set PABX IP to that of the PABX.
  3. Set PABX port to the port of the Mitel PABX (default is 1752)
  4. Untick 'Keep alive'
  5. Tick 'Idle Disconnect'.
    This will ensure TNG re-connects to the PABX, for example if it does a maintenance reboot.
