TNG: Why is my 8TA calls costing at zero?

Postby Belinda Frick » Mon Jan 16, 2012 5:06 pm

TNG rates will cost 8ta calls to prefix 0811 & 0814(as on 20120116).

Note that the prefix 0815 cost at zero. When the TNG rates was updated this was not part of the prefix range and therefore TNG does not cater for it.

We checked the Telkom cost calculator on their website and 0815 is now part of 8ta. This needs to be added to the TNG rates system.

Last TNG rates release was June 2011(as on 20120116).

The 0815 prefix will be added in the next TNG rates release: Please use TNG 1.0.7.6 released in 201202.
NOTE: You can only run this update if your TNG subscription is up to date and your TNG expiry date is not before the release date(20120216).

Some 8ta calls did not cost and others has a costing.

PLEASE NOTE(20120502):

8ta is a new service provider and not all the number ranges for them costed correct in TNG. We changed our rates system to cater for this.

For the latest update please refer to:
Upgrading from TNG(with buffer) 1.0.7.6 to 1.1.1.7
