TNG: Asterisk output configuration required

If you do the standard Asterisk install, you need to do your Asterisk configuration to have the correct output format. We suggest using the csv file option with TNG.

NOTE: TNG for Asterisk has a 30 day trail period. If you load call details older than 30 days TNG will expire. We suggest renaming the Master.csv file so that it only has call details from today onwards.
