Only my cellular calls are being costed.

I installed TNG Live Free and only my cellular numbers are being costed. My service provider is ECN.

The last TNG released is 1.0.7.6. This TNG does not have a ratebook for ECN. If ECN is your service provider TNG needs to do a lookup using your phone number to determine if calls are local, national, etc. The ratebook provides the lookup information.

See 'area information' under 'General Settings' for switchboard number used to build exchange file. To see which service provider the number is for do a test cost calculation to find the 'destination' - see forum post: How do I do a Call Cost Calculation in TNG?

Status on 20120411: Currently there are no TNG release available with this ratebook.

NOTE: Tested with TNG 1.0.7.6 - If you have for example have Telkom or Neotel as your service provider and you phone to a ECN number it will be costed. TNG made provision for the ECN number range, but it does not have a ratebook for it as your service provider and therefore zero costing for non-celluar calls.
