My users updated personal numbers with incorrect names to the users phonebook. How can the Supervisor edit/change the numbers in the user's phonebook which was incorrectly identified/updated?
Requirements:
For TNG Enterprise Server (TES): Version 1.0.0.38 or newer
User Access Level Required: Level 8 or higher
Please follow the steps below:
- Log into TES (user login details with access level 8 or higher),
- Click on 'Phonebook' and search for number (or "My Private Numbers"),
- Delete the number from the Phonebook.
NOTE: If you delete the telephone number, all information linked to it will be deleted - for example the private numbers configuration.
Once deleted, make a call to the number from the user's extension. TES will generate and send a
"Number Identification Required" e-mail to the user. Once received, enter the correct identification information.
