TNG lost link to Microsoft Office Communication Server Lync

I am runningTNGLive 1.1.1.7 and Microsoft Office Communication Server Lync (OCS). The connection between TNG and the Lync service goes down from time to time.

It starts to work again if I do the following:
  • TNG -> General Setting, under the 'Communication Configuration' section,
    change the PABX port number and apply, then I change it back again, it then receives call details.
  • If the above did not work, I stopped and started the Lync service.
I need a permanent solution to prevent this from happening again.

Suggestion:

    Please upgrade to TNGLive to version 1.1.1.8 or newer.

    Download, urar and run '.dtx' file on your TNGLive PC:
    tnglive-zarates-update-1_1_1_8.rar
