- The abuse report will list calls made within a department that meets your 'Abused Call Criteria':
It will list each department sperately and then the abuse calls within it.
NOTE: The calls is sorted by date and time (and not per extension).
Abuse report per extension:
- If you whish to see the calls grouped per extension, you need to create an Abuse call report per extension within the department.
Example of report:
This needs to be done for each extension number you need abuse reports for. You can setup all the reports in a schedule. Once in place the e-mail of reports will then be automated.
