No data in TNGLive (Free or Premium) for Ericsson BP

I am using a serial connection from my Ericsson BP PABX, but have no call details in TNGLive Free on the Call List page. When I stop the TNG service and connect with Hyper Terminal I can see details.

My PABX is in the correct format and the latest version of the plugin is in use - refer to forum post:

I install TNGLive Free version 1.1.0.5.

NOTE: This applies to TNG with a serial connection to receive call details from the any PABX.
